Dear prayer partners of our Home Evangelism and Prayer Guide for Eritrea, I greet you in the matchless Name of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Home Evangelism and all our prayer partners will rejoice in the Lord Jesus Christ for surely. The tomb is empty. Jesus has risen, just as he said He is alive.
The Bible registers this: 1 “After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb. 2There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it.” (Matth.28: 1-2) Pray and give Glory to the Most High God. The tomb is empty. Christ has risen. He is alive and we too are alive with him. Pray and ask God the pestilences like COVID-19 that is devastating humanity in the world to die out from the root. We closed down; Churches are no longer in a crowed for worship. Imagine if it was not for the body of Christ to assemble and worship the Lord, how is it possible that believers would fellowship together? Pray and ask God to intervene and destroy this COVID-19 in Jesus Name. Therefore, pronounce resurrection and life over every area you had no hope. In the national service speak life. In farming and harvesting speak good and plenty to be harvested. In the need of rain in season speak enough rain to enable us plant and harvest plenty. In the need of health and peace likewise speak healing and peace. In the cracked marriage issues speak reconciliation. In every aspect of your needs speak out resurrection and life. Remember those who suffer from COVID-19, HIV/AIDS, Cancer, Ulcer and High Blood Pressure, pronounce resurrection and life in their bodies. For those who are restored to complete healing we bring thanks giving, we don’t take it for granted. We bring thanks giving to Him who heard our prayer and granted healing on the number of people we prayed. We continue to pray for complete restoration of health, quick recovery and permanent healing in Jesus Name. May the Lord grant your rewards as you pray for those who are sick and for our beloved country. Remember to up lift this continent of Africa God to heal and rebuke the devourer of locust, over flooding, or draught, and even sword to be cut of our nations. Pray them to be healed completely in Jesus Name.
Some signs of flexibilities were seen of recent in Eritrea and now back to their rudeness. The Orthodox priests keep hunting believers from the Evangelical Churches every year they are on fasting before Easter time. As a result people are going out of the country for safety. As we all heard early 2019 a dear brother in Christ passed on in Manchester and the body was sent home for burial. The Orthodox people refused his body to be buried. They claimed his body didn’t come over with a letter from a recognized Church that is Orthodox. As if they were not burying the bodies of their enemies in Eritrea now refusing their own to be buried. They believed a dead body cannot remain unburied. How come they refuse their own? Cuba who is a communist country gave freedom of speech and internet. China is becoming flexible to give checked tapes and video tapes to their bars and restaurants. When China made a deal in business with Iran they said they will not impose their ideologies in Iran. This is a big move for China to say that. Why is Eritrea too rigged? Pray God to soften the hearts of our leaders in Eritrea and be kind towards the Evangelical Churches. On the ground of COVID-19 and the congesting space in prison the government released many prisoners of faith on bail. At the same time many are still behind the bars either they do not have money for bail or for reasons we do not know. Pray and ask God to make a way for them to be released without any condition.
We give all the glory to Jesus over the years we prayed for Ethiopia to abide with the Cardinal Law they had signed in Algiers and they responded radically. It is a Cardinal Law they signed, which means it is a binding law irreversible, no appeal for it but to abide and implement it. Ethiopia remained with no access to the sea through Eritrea over the years but God who is rich in His mercy everything is reversed now. We give all the glory to Jesus who remembered us and reconciled us with Ethiopia. After this they pay for using the sea ports like any other country’s port. Please don’t be moved by the rumors of others. Follow what they have agreed upon. Pray the demarcation by EEBC to be implemented soon. Forgive Weyanie for every evil they did against Eritrea. Pray and ask God the fight in Tigrai to come to an end and peace to prevail. “Our help is in the Name of Our LORD, the maker of heaven and earth.” (Ps. 124: 8) Thank you for your unfailing prayers for Eritrea, the government, the people of Eritrea, the Churches that are under rampant persecution, for families… etc, etc, etc. The Lord blesses you all.
